Brewed during the Vendange, we have sourced the finest Petite Arvine must which is local to our area to be used in a Saison Recipe. Accounting for 20% of the volume of the beer the must brings an interesting vinous character to meld perfectly with the Malted Spelt, Wheat and Barley used.
