Brewed during the Vendange, we have sourced the finest Petite Arvine must which is local to our area to be used in a Saison Recipe. Accounting for 20% of the volume of the beer the must brings an interesting vinous character to meld perfectly with the Malted Spelt, Wheat and Barley used.

Brewed with our favourite Vermont Ale Yeast, this Double IPA is naturally hazy and juicy, using the best available hops added during and after fermentation to create a biotransformation effect. If hoppy beer are your thing, you are in for a treat.
